3000 more shares
That was me a few days ago, purchasing another 3,000 shares. It was a brief moment when .55 showed up on the ask, so I took it. 3 trades, 1,000 a piece. Then the ask moved back to .75 and has been there since.
That gives me a total of 10,000 shares now. These 3,000 shares are at a 5 cent premium to the two insiders that were recently issued restricted shares.
I don't expect any reverse splits due to low OS and a conflict of interests with some of the new issuance. I don't see any public company experience with our founders, and they are supposed to elect their own BOD. So, it's going to be an interesting ride. I don't know what to expect, which it makes all the more exciting.
I have two face-down cards. The one shell I said you'd like, ShellKing, I'm still accumulating. I have only 670,000 shares or so at this time, and my goal is still to have 1 million. It's really hard to to pick it up at a fraction of a penny.
I found another one whose physics looks awful. But I bought 220 shares anyway between 1 and 2 cents. I can't get it below 1 cent, even though it has shares galore. It's a foreign stock, on the grey market, buy beware. Horrible physics. BUT, it had a name change, it's changing its business model, and has no liquidity at all. On the Canadian stock exchange, and it has no filings to be found here. But on SEDAR, it has filings galore. And it had a capital raise. The business model is a very interesting story. It's a black hole on the surface, but it has a good alignment of interests. There hhas been a $5 million dollar capital raise, a private placement with units that convert to 1 share of common stock at 1 cent and warrants priced at 5 cents for those investors, as well as insiders. And those warrants can be accelerated if the stock hits above 20 cents and stays above 20 cents for 20 trading days within the next 3 years.
I call that a fantastic alignment of interests. And nobody seems to knkow about it. At all! And it's dang near impossible to buy shares on the open market. So I upped the ask to 2 cents and got 220,000 shares. And I have a million share order at .005. No takers at all....
