Today marks the lowest closing price since July 2014, with the exception of one day in May when I posted an article about dilution.


It's a good thing Nelson got that additional bonus from the board last quarter the same day his lawyer and CFO resigned! A totally normal thing to happen of course as someone will surely tell me.

The important thing here is that Nelson is a great guy and a super genius with M&A. Not that he isn't smart, he got rich running a company that lost $45M!

This company will be worth zero sooner than you think.
