Let's see.. I spent the past 4 years quietly acquiring a life changing amount of shares (most of it at .01) and now I just want to lock in some profits by selling 1/2 my shares and letting the rest ride-- that's called risk management.

I'd be more than happy to sell you my shares at 19 cents and you can call me the dummy when we are at $1. Deal?
