All the needed information is in the ibox folks. Docs that show the companies are same, reinstatements, A/S docs, etc... all public knowledge and posted. And yes, claims cannot be bought...but shares can. Just like the Cuba electric company claim that Office Depot owns. You can buy shares of office depot can't you? And when the claim is settled - those shareholders should see a boost (if payment is decent).

So really the only argument that I see is the fact that a company that doesn't exist -except as a stock entity- hasn't shared with it's shareholders its intentions...when it doesn't even know its intentions because no resolution has been given? Interesting... And pointless.
