10B AS. 4B OS Is What PrvtInvestorV Believes.

The 10B is set. The question is how many of those are OS. I have believed it is closer to 7-8 billion. 4.5 billion seems low given the dilution years ago. It would seem incredibly low now if VFIN is indeed diluting VELA.
