'Highlandmike'? that's incorrect! Anyone who buys in anticipation of an R/S will practically lose their shirts!

ALL pinksheets tanks after an R/S
That's always been part in the R/S Code!

Example;
Stock Price .0001/per share
Stock Position, 1,000,000/shares
(Stock Price) x (Stock Position) = Your Market value, $100

R/S, 1:1000-(example)

R/S Results:
New Post R/S PPS, .1/share
New Post R/S Position, 1,000/shares
Your New Market value, $100

Ideal Right? >>>WRONG!

Here's what typically happens next with your initial $100 seed investment!
being that the PPS now has room beneath it to fall back down to the floor!

.1/PPS Tanking to say, .01
(Stock Price) x (Stock Position) = Your Market value, $10

.01/PPS Tanking to say, .001
(Stock Price) x (Stock Position) = Your Market value, $1

.001/PPS Tanking to say, .0001 <<--(Typically ends up back where it started!)

(Stock Price) x (Stock Position) = Your Market value, $0.1

As you can see, this is why buying into an R/S (or immediately after) is never a good move in the pinksheets!

In understanding the Risks!, I don’t mind losing in stocks that died TRYING, but I DO mind losing in stocks that died LYING!
