Clearly, EWLL is being manipulated by one or a few hands and maybe from the inside. the sec should be alerted and fnra to track the low volume artificial take up of company's pps from .005 to .55 in less than 8 weeks. the company has ZERO cash and ZERO revenues and owes $3.2 mil in liabilities. they just recently increased their authorized to 300 million shares and recently issued 26 mil shares to noteholders worth .005. another 23 mil was issued to other parties for work and notes. read the filings. when ewll gets halted, it's going to be ugly. the paper trail here and trading records will reveal the culprit behind the 1-2mil per day volume. it is clearly manipulation. if fnra or sec steps in, stock will open back up at .02 from any halt or suspension. buyer beware.
