This Goes Against PrvtInvestorV's "No More Shares Issued"

One of you two is correct. Right now, it certainly looks like VFIN is diluting VELA (again). The question would then be, who are they diluting for if Ironridge is not getting shares? Or is Ironridge somehow receiving shares?
