In terms of monetizing, they did achieve the $25 million settlement from Apple which is no small feat. But the problem is that the market obviously viewed that amount as a one time event that was not replicable (indeed, Mara's market cap is now less than this amount).

I agree with everything Porscha said about the company setting itself up for the long term future. But the problem is that we are dealing with a near term focused market (that simply won't give MARA any credit for its long term positioning without further near term results to backup the results it achieved in the first half of 2016). And what has me the most worried is the question of where will MARA be able to generate near term revenue opportunities? Unless I am missing something, the fourth quarter is about to wrap up with another $0 (Or close to $0) in revenue generated. I hate to think of the reaction when these results are announced unless a significant event is achieved in the first quarter of 2017 that can become the focus of the release/call.

I have said it before and I will continue to say as it bears repeating. I am in this stock for the long term and *if* the plan can be executed, I do believe one day we will all be happy that we stuck around. The risk/reward remains positive, albeit significant risk remains. Hoping for the best and happy holidays to all.
