DD is required. no debt. cash flow positive
in process of opening stations. in process of spinning off medical division. gotta do dd to realize what is going on with ECSL. dont get hung up on timelines. they are decpetive and rely upon too many other people to be hit on time.
trading off accutrade for a better deal is not failure, it's being smart.
