Not necessarily is this CEO involved in that at all. This says CHRISTIAN MEISSENN. And I see this as a buying opportunity and most likely why there's been no news while things are getting cleaned up. IMO. Seems to me the article would have mentioned the CEO if it was the case.

And if this CEO is somehow involved I see this as a pretty clean shell and worth far far more than these levels. Someone will pick up on it and run with it. IMO
