Sharing some intel for people who weren't here when I posted it months ago:

When the case against JNSH was originally filed by CCGI, I had a high profile lawyer friend of mine (who knows Judge Bucklo) review the case from the filings. His opinion was that it was unwinnable by CCGI, and they would definitely lose. Their intention was to try to bankrupt JNSH to win.

Brian fought back, and won. Then the appeal came. I asked my friend about that too. He said he would have advised against it because it would just compound the legal fees and damages that CCGI will ultimately have to pay JNSH.

I chatted with him today and asked what he thought the probability of winning the countersuit was. His response was "CCGI would have to be idiots not to try and settle ASAP".

Tick tock... to quote a phrase that I hate!
