ORDER GRANTING DEBTORS’ FOURTH MOTION
FOR AN ORDER EXTENDING THE EXCLUSIVE PERIODS TO
FILE A PLAN OF REORGANIZATION AND SOLICIT ACCEPTANCES THEREOF
THIS MATTER came before the Court for hearing on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at
2:00 p.m. (the “Hearing”) upon the Debtors’ Fourth Motion for Entry of an Order Extending the
Exclusive Periods to File a Plan of Reorganization and Solicit Acceptances [ECF# 264] (the
“Motion”)2
filed by the Debtors. The Court, having reviewed the Motion, having heard the arguments of counsel, finds that (i) this Court has jurisdiction over the matters raised in the
Motion pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334; (ii) this is a core proceeding pursuant to 28
U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A); (iii) venue is proper before this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1408 and
1409; (iv) proper and adequate notice of the Motion and the hearing thereon has been given and
no other or further notice is necessary; and (v) good cause exists to grant the relief requested in
the Motion; therefore it is ORDERED that:
1. The Motion is GRANTED.
2. The Debtors’ Exclusive Filing Period is extended through and including
December 16, 2016.
3. The Debtors’ Exclusive Solicitation Period is extended through and including
February 14, 2017.
4. The Court retains jurisdiction to enforce the terms of this Order.
