Curious as to why delays have to be about nefarious motives. Sometimes new businesses take much longer to develop. Doesn't mean there is a "criminal" element involved. Wayne's has a bigger payoff if the stock goes up. News about going current and update/confirmation of Cannabis plans, and effort to be fully reporting is very positive. Why the frustration?
