A partner is not that easy... They're assuming all-the-risk while having to babysit CTIX. Don't you believe "any partner" will investigate Leo and the financial troubles they have? So, Pfizer will just write a blank check, bail CTIX out and then hope the drugs pass phase 3? That's a big risk when they can buy the company knowing Leo is limited. Total control is what these guys want... If CTIX were structured more favorably with personnel and finance then yes. 5 million in cash (CTIX) won't excite many...
