Ihubposter..The only reason I would
have Liked the increase to the base rate..would be that all subs would get it no matter what..and there would be no opt out..They would pay whether they wanted it or not..Call me selfish..but right now I could care less about the subs of these carriers and care more about revenues for Onev..However..considering the lack of revenues for such a long time..I will be happy no matter how they get it..As for the way it is going to happen..like I said..the cable companies do it all the time..They give you something free for a couple of months..like premium channels..betting that you will continue once you are hooked..It has worked out favorable for them that way for years..so it isn't something new..They also just flat out raise everyone's rate and give you a couple of extra channels that you don't want with no opt out option..I do believe that once these subs try MV they will want to keep it..Right now there is no other competition for this kind of service..None..Lets hope the big carriers come soon...veno
