Kevin K. has apparently no money of his own. He always uses Other People's Money, or, he borrows money on behalf of the shareholders with convertible debentures, with the shareholders footing the bill in the end.

I was assuming that you are a Greenshift shareholder.

So, if K.K. has deep pockets, it's because you have deep pockets, or that he can recruit a vast number of hapless shareholders to pick their pockets clean.
