Aug 8, 2006 -- "is purchasing" - unclear if present or future tense & the source of ample ongoing analysis & debate here.

Aug 3, 2006 -- "has arranged" - a definite maybe.

moxy made a valid point.

IMO Suljaspeak is inartful at best, misleading at worst.
