I didn't say they were going down the tubes or were planning anything deceptive in the near future. All I'm saying is that it is not too far out of the picture for them to consider and possibly do something that screws all of us, no matter what your position.
They screwed you as early as May when they got the loan from Chassman and gave her shares for .005 when the stock was much higher and allow her to cash in a month and a half later at 10 times the value. Why didn't they dilute themselves and get all the profit for them? That was dishonest and a scheme to give Blech some need cash.
All I have said is be careful. They have done it and can certainly do it again. BigD talks to Burg all the time and has built a trust and can't stand the fact that he could tell him one thing today and actually do the opposite tomorrow. This company and the directors have made a living for the past 10 years by cheating shareholders out of the value of the shares.
Yes, that's the nature and what you have to expect from pennies. While it isn't right, it is legal. I am getting a little sick of all those claiming all the great things this company is doing and going to do when they actually have NO idea if they will even build a building. This is news not reported by any legitimate news organization. NOT ONE!!! It is all hype and rumor. No matter what the company says, until it is in writing and filed, it can't be believed with 100% certainty.
Example is BLTA. This is a developement stage company that has been in business for 17 years. It's an airline that doesn't have a plane or a contract to fly out of an airport and they recently did a show telling people how they will have to add a surcharge for the gas prices, never mentioning they have no plane and no money to buy one. For 17 years they have had no revenue and dilute regularly to make money and steal from investors. Cons are out there.
I'm not saying that Xechem is this type of company. Their pr stated no actual revenues which I was personally told by Burg would be there. This pr failed to tell how many people are currently being given the drug as I was told it would personally by Burg. This pr stated nothing about the dilution which Burg told me would be addressed. STEVE BURG LIED TO ME!
I had a 20 minute conversation and these things were supposed to be there. He would not state any figures and said I would know all this information as soon as the pr came out. LIE.
So do I have reason to be skeptical? You better believe I do.

So to answer you, no, I don't hit and run. So go ahead and try to abuse me with your words. It won't keep me from letting people know the truth. What they do with that is entirely up tho them. I have not once said sell or buy and won't. That is up to each person.
No, I am not bitter about where they are and I do have a position. Sadly, too many of the slow people on here won't bother to read this right as they have asked me a half dozen times if I have shares. Either they are not very capable or refuse to read. Either way, I'm done here as far as XKEM goes. I hope we can all be partying in 1 year and we don't look back and wonder how we bought into all this garbage. In a year we'll be happy or pissed off. How it turns out, we'll have to wait and see!
