Just from reading the news releases of these companies.
The common thread appears to be with Jenny Kan (SHOOU CHYN KAN

SHOM claims $180 million credit line - same value as the DMS SKYEYE market in Malasia - but for a "wearable system". Which I don't believe exists yet but somehow they claimed to have orders and are shipping them??? to Coca cola???
