I think that's what it is. It was priced right at Friday's close when the deal was finalized. If they own a portion of the company, they need the shares. I think the drop this morning is actually an overreaction to the reporting that Perry will be energy secretary. It sold off premarket the second it was reported. That triggered stops on the open. It also filled the gap. Other ethanol companies initially sold off but have mostly recovered.
