ALYI is currently in default status in Nevada and delinquent in its filings with the SEC. Those issues will need to be fixed for a variety of reasons before they do anything on this next one. Certainly before they do any "acquisition" given the disclosure requirements ALYI has. For that reason I expect the "closing" they project for Dec 20 will be "delayed". wink
