On November 30, 2013, the Company entered into an agreement to acquire all of the issued and outstanding stock of Jin Chih International, Ltd., a Taiwan corporation, from its sole owner Chu Li An for five million shares of the Company’s common stock. On May 10, 2016, the shares were issued to Chu Li An.


Simple to understand why the sudden pumpfest and setting up a twitter account happened within weeks of this.

But I guess since they pretty much wiped out all retail shareholders last year with that very nasty r/s of 1 for 1500 - guess they plan to move their little dog and pony show to SHOM with the same sort of press release nonsense of coca cola deals.
