Also - I hope nobody thinks when Mag visited the office that they would say yes that they may or may not sell the company - that would be insider information if they were in talks- so we cant accept that answer of course
But lets continue on what we have here
1. a state of the are product - first and only one in industry free from isos including the manufacturing process
2. several patents protecting them - Which is huge
3. PPG - 15 billion a year company - doing business with
4. IF - 100 mill plus a year company - doing business with
5. Other F500 companies we are entering in contracts with
6. Spray Foam - Did you see the Graco Sprayer - Spray foam with no isocs
Lets expand on that a bit - When that happens it changes a whole industry, Spray foam now contains isos, with out isos there will be less liability for building owners, contractors not needing all the protective gear and air monitering systems - huge cost that will be saved, but more important, safer for the workers installing it - will be in all green buildings
Possible selling in Market in 2017, as stated
7. Contract with the foam contractor - furniture, womans clothes - VICTORIA SECRET they say - should be revving up soon.
8. Revenues of 2 million next year - 2 weeks away - with out spray foam, and how about the one company they talk about that when ramped up will bring in possible 20 mill a year in revs
9. The one mystery guy who has been taking in shares and owns the majority of shares may be ready to sell this company.
This company has way too many good assets going for it
The bad asset is there management is not the greatest
Thier communication sucks
These guys are a bit older
Just issued the OS to 5 billion shares - there is a reason for that
We are about to find out
Which makes this a great company for a buy out
Who would be interested
1. DOW
2. BASF
3. PPG
4. IF
the other possible F500 companies they are dealing with
Trump in office
1. Lowering corporate taxes - Huge amount of money that big corps will have in cash looking for Mergers or Buyouts
2. Big companies have been sitting on huge money - Obama Care - big taxes, they have been waiting for election results - about to spend huge amounts of money and hiring of people
3. Stock Market Booming - Great for stock prices - more money for mergers or buyouts
So sharpei - I still believe this will be huge - just may take a year or two
