Post# of 74437
I saw it. It is referring to the following email discussion.
(My last couple of posts have spoken into my thoughts on the matter.)

1st I sent an email to David Drake of LDJ Capital

Hello David.

I came across this article that mentions LDJ Capital and the SoHo Loft Group: ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=72205715

Can you give me an update on this? Is this valid project?

The ETA of the "launch" has passed and this is why I ask.

Thank you.

He did not respond but passed it on to Christopher Perez who did respond:

Hello Ken,

Thanks for reaching out to Mr. Drake. We are currently engaged with Hazleton Film Fund to bring financing to the film industry in a much more effective manner than ever before. The project has had some slight delays, but moving in the right direction. Do you have an interest in some capacity? Please let me know. Thanks.

Please feel free to schedule a convenient time to speak using my calendar below. I look forward to it. Thank you.

Respectfully,

Christopher Perez

My response to Mr. Perez

Hi Cristopher.

I am interested in the following capacity:

I am a stockholder of Sycamore Entertainment Group, Inc. and the CEO announced his group and your group are working together (finance.yahoo.com/news/soho-loft-media-group-11-163200067.html).

The reason I am approaching you is I have been a stockholder for well over two years and would like to know if this announcement is accurate.

He is talking of it, but I do not see any information coming from your group that says Sycamore Entertainment is involved or not.
He is making statements after the announcement that speak of progression in the project, but nothing that shows implicitly that you are involved.
For example, he says an LOI has been signed, but does not present it.
Ex. 2, he posts a link about a meeting you had as if he is an insider to it, but there is nothing on the link about Sycamore Entertainment’s involvement.
He is saying he is in contact with you.

I am simply fact checking due to the one sidedness of the information he is disseminating.

Simple question: Is Sycamore Entertainment, Inc. honestly portraying the relationship they have with LDJ Capital?

Thank you in advance for any verification you can supply to me.

His Response

Hello Ken,

Thank you for reaching out. We do have an engagement with Hazleton. As I mentioned prior the project has had some delays, but we are on track. LDJ a Multi Family Office has access to thousands of investors including major film groups such as Wanda Investments and the China Film Group. We look forward to the projects being brought in by your group and a long prosperous relationship. I’m not sure how much mainstream media we are devoting to this, or even need to, but we have begun the internal process of speaking to investors in scale with our newsletters and sales folks on dialers. It’s underway.

I hope this sheds light.

We have not corresponded since.
The question Ed is responding to in the tweet is:

Is Sycamore Entertainment, Inc. honestly portraying the relationship they have with LDJ Capital?

Again, my last 2 or 3 posts here are my thoughts on these communications and my current opinion of Ed.

- You know the long list of things he has said he was doing that hasn't happened.

- You know SEGI is in Default with the SOS of Neveda

- You know the STOP sign is up on the OTC

- You know the CTO is in place in Canada

- You know he is being sued for basically "Breach of Contract" by someone who was a "friend".

- You know there are more than one woman out there saying they gave him money based on his promises that have not seen anything for it.

- You know why I find it hard to trust him.

- You know I could keep listing more things, but the point should be made and I am going to go do something else. wink
