Agreed! And the statement that Greenspirit brought up specifically states "quarterly statement". Doesn't that infer a 10q? And doesn't a 10k have to be filed before a 10q can come out? Sorry for rehasing this, but I am just trying to get other opinions on this.

"A more detailed quarterly statement ending August 15th, 2006 will be available and posted by mid September".
