I agree. It's normally a fairly fast process.
There are complications I am sure due to the nature of the deal but it's really up to IGEX to get the RS done.

That can take very little time if there is nothing odd in the filing.
If they decide to scrutinize and question it could take months.

Dan should let his shareholders know things are progressing.
