I think that BMIX will make some kind of new deal with the series B convertible preferred stock holders so they do not convert on Dec. 31st.I know it says they convert automatically but anything can be changed if everybody is in agreement.BMIX can say they will just raise the OS instead of doing A RS as leverage.The converted shares even with A 40% discount are not going to do them any good if they can not sale them.
