He is either hoping this goes lower to get a better price, or is disgruntled because he bought at .70.

If this is promising and they filed the paperwork to make sure they file like a Nasdaq stock, then they will be looking at an AVXL move at some point. Meaning a reverse split at some point making this a small float stock.

Not sure if that will happen but it is possible.
