Welp with the dilution out of the way, and most of the debt in the owner's hands, DRYS is now free of major questions. Wonder if DRYS raised 100m in the offering to pay back the owner who took on like 85m of debt...If so he may have done it at the stock holder's sacrifice. Will be tracking this all the time to see where it's going. Keeping my eye on the dry baltic index as well. I am still picking this as a good long term stock, as well as JP Morgan is. That doesn't really make me buy/sell it anymore than I would but it helps a little.
