Where is the document talking about this ? I see nothing about it on the SEC or otcmarkets websites. I have plenty of powder to be a whale, but until I see evidence of company filings I will stay put. I am sure there are others that could step in start buying. That pps has gone down from .008 on 6/14/2016 to .0018 today 12/12/2016. Something is not right with no filings and no press releases.
