The requirements for an NASDAQ listing, from what I read in the NASDAQ doc link (https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/assets/initialguide.pdf) provided by someone else (see previous posting), said a minimum initial listing of $4.00
What it goes to after that determins if its delisted to Pinks and perhaps later, relisted to NASDAQ if the value increases again.

Bottom line as I read it though, is the stock has to be initially listed at a minimum value of $4.00 to get an initial, NASDAQ listing.
