thanks for that. Also, the shares it seems are not known to be 80 because of the .08 and .19 converts potentially adding in a bunch of them. And some accrued liabilities will be covered by L3.

Why the hell doesn't the company give shareholders enough information for them to value their investment?

They NEVER have.

I think it has always been intentional, as it would have hurt the share price. But why not now?
