We all researched that Berman has a history of making $. What he's doing is following the $ and transforming On4 communication to whole another level.

Your technical would work, if ... and I mean; if there's a reverse split... unfortunately, there isn't one...

We all know that reverse split = dilution. If the company recently acquired FMS: generating $35k per month. (49% goes to ONCI) that's great.

What Berman did was took an extra step, because of his network capabilities he can turn a small company into a big company.

Secure 7 vendors, which means... he made friends "Globally", not "Locally" in the United States.

Secure $9k revenue each from 7 diff. vendors = $63k + $35k = $98k

$98k ... let's round this to $100k to make our numbers easy.

$100k * 49% = $49k per month...

As I mention, without "fundamental" news your technical chart is "USELESS"...
