it is tough. i rarely hold over the weekend unless its the beginning of a very strong trend. a lot of people hurting today. got back in a second time taking advantage of the bounce back. for me if I make a couple % a day I'm doing just fine.

I'm holding nugt and jnug though. gold is going to be fun here soon. no matter what the feds do.
