On this page you will find the Notice of Meeting and Record Date for the upcoming shareholder vote on the proposed acquisition of MT by CGC.

In the Notice of Meeting and Record Date document you will note that the shareholder meeting is scheduled to take place on January 27, 2017.

Meeting materials, including shareholder voting instructions, will be mailed to MT shareholders no less than 21 days before the meeting (on or before January 6, 2017).
