It's hard to say. It is all speculation since we haven't had a financial since all the acquisitions started. This is my assumptions below.

First you would have to reduce your FMS projection since all we know is revs not equity. I conservatively estimate this at 5k(35k x .3 x .49)

Everything he has said has been an equity stake. I think it is safe to assume that the 9k is equity but I would also assume that it would be the full 9k because it doesn't make since to talk about it in revs for another company. I believe the 63k to be revs for ONCI and not 49% of the 63k going to onci. With the reduced estimate for FMS of 5k then add the 63, that would be 68k.

We can't make anything out of DMMC yet because we have 0 numbers.

I also think it is overly eager to assume that it is going to be 10x all of those revs. I think the assumption is better made that all of these acquisitions are going to add up to have been 10x previous revs.

Conservatively I would estimate that we are talking about 80-100k
