Based in Cleveland and founded in 2000, Skye Group is a provider of retail project management, shopping center development, and tenant coordination services in the U.S. and Canada.
The acquisition should improve CBRE's (NYSE:CBG) position in the retail market by enhancing its retail project management service offerings.
Skye's founder and leader Bradley Sanders will head CBRE's retail project management business and report to the company's Americas leader Mark Fewin.
Terms were not disclosed.
