When GILD purchased Pharmaset, it took them 18 to months to receive FDA approval to sell the drug, so hell yes someone can come in and purchase P140! Do you realise that Pharmaset could have sold their drug a year earlier for $300,000,000 but GILD waited a year later for Phase III interim results and gave them an extra 11 $B because they knew it work? We just started Phase III today, through the Phase 2B we know these things works (2 years, please) Dr. P has said we just need more patients, which commenced today, when interim results are released we are done, finished, stick a fork in this pig!!! IMO!
