There is a whole list of "failures", "empty promises" and "mysteries".

This Hazelton Media Group and working with LDJ Capital all smells of another Ed Sylvan "hustle".

What it looks like to me is that, yes, they are making agreements with each other, but it is lining up and agreeing on the roles they will play and how much of the pie each will get "if" LDJ Capital actually finds someone to put up some cash.

I hope LDJ Capital is smart enough to take their commission out 1st because Ed's track record is to either not produce what he says he will or to do it in a sub par fashion. I would expect there to be law suits saying they want their money back before it is all over saying that, "Ed has not delivered." (MHO)

Ed says that they are, "honestly portraying the relationship they have with LDJ Capital." That may be: Chris, from LDJ has verified that yes that "Hazelton" is supposed to deliver "projects" to them (they are still "looking forward" to it) and that they (LDJ Capital) hope it will be "a long prosperous relationship". Actually doesn't sound like Ed has delivered anything as of yet... Go Figure!

I'll believe it when I see it.
