Correct. "Throwaway" 8k, designed to attrack investors without actually saying anything.



"The Company has entered into negotiations with its convertible note holders with the goal of restructuring existing debt and has requested..."

That is no guarantee no matter how anyone spins it.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
