I don't know where you dig this information from but let me tell you the most important thing:
Dr Baruch was never really accused at anything nor even suspected or investigated by the police
Israel sent former president , prime minister and many other "super powers" to jail . No hesitation ! If there was really something in this BS , he would have been in prison long time ago.
For decade he was in charge for all MMJ activity in Israel . You can only assume that those that did not get what they wanted tired to hurt him
