Speculating on the Supreme law of the land being applied isn't exactly a snowballs chance in hell.

Lawyers or single judges can have funny ways of reading plain language, sure. But to have a majority of judges in ALL cases (a lose in a single case is a problem for .gov) applying this logic at some of the highest appeals courts of the land, is much less likely.

However, please feel free to not purchase. I'd like a little more time before the point of no return is reached.
