And historically, this week is one of the hottest weeks in the OTC. Based on the last PR and tweet, I firmly believe NECA is in negotiations with an mj company. We have the RSI and the News to move pass the .002 barrier early this week. Nothing has changed here. The Longs need to take control now and eliminate the flippers. BUY AND HOLD FOR THE GOLD.
