And to the CEO moderator who says that this is unrelated - is Joseph Collins at this company, the same Joseph Collins at Punch TV, or the any other broadcast Punch xx that has failed, and did not repay creditors?
Anything that Joseph Collins is doing or has done is fair to discuss on this board. Investors have a right to discuss management's prior actions. After all, history can repeat itself, and I believe if the CEO is working to build two companies at the same time, then efforts and activity affects both companies (there's 24 hours per day). Investors have the right to analyze financials of a company, management actions, and litigation.
And to the moderator, this bulletin board is not for you to provide hype and hot air misinforming potential investors. That is what SEC filings are for. And there are no SEC financial disclosures on this stock in years. Why is Collins doing this? In my opinion to hype the stock, use it as currency for his shenanigans, and in my opinion to defraud stock investors, vendors and creditors.
Both companies are related URBT has a CEO which is also CEO of another business in the same industry.
Do your own due diligence about Joseph Collins and his past. And while thinking about doing due diligence, There's a great article about Shaquille O'Neil and his investments. He only invests after doing a lot of due diligence on his investments:
