Kyocera's MSDS for their silicon nitride base doesn't cite that data...

...but this company's MSDS states that pure silicon nitride has a melting point of 1900 degrees Celsius:

Heating it to that temperature would not be recommended, though, as decomposition can lead to toxic fumes.
