I understand a lot of folks are saying the reverse split is a given(at least). I'm not too sure. But any educated guesses on the stock price if the reverse stock split and increased share votes are voted against and not allowed. On the last reverse split and stock increase - the increase in shares was voted NO. I did receive my voting package via email - Voted NO to both. Good luck to all in this stock. If the company Executives don't even own 1 percent of the stock, then why should the stock holders again take the hit again.
