Whitestar1, OTCBB approval for EXBX is up to the NASD to decide when. Once cleared, EXBX can trade on OTCBB next day.

Lets not get this next paragraph confused with the Market maker filing a form 15c211 at the OTCBB for EXBX.

"EXOBOX registered its common stock with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective February 20, 2006 in a move to qualify the Company’s stock for the OTC Bulletin board (OTCBB)."

The above does not mean that the MM has filed a form 15c211 in Febuary 2006.

I know for fact that a MM has filed a form 15c211 at the OTCBB for EXBX and it is currently under review by the NASD.

*Anyone can call and confirm this at the NASD OTC Compliance Unit 240-386-5100.

Please be aware that the NASD cannot disclose to shareholders any other information, such as when it was filed etc

What they will confirm is that there has been a form 15c211 that a Market maker has filed for EXBX quotations on OTCBB and its currently under review.

There is not a form 15c211 filed by any MM at the pinksheets, hence is a sign that the company is skipping the pinksheets and moving to OTCBB, otherwise why would a MM file a form 211 AT OTCBB?

At any rate, this info tells me that the company is serious and we wait! I would not expect that any news will come out until we get out of the grey market and on to the OTCBB as it would be a total waste while trading in the grey.

when will the approval of otcbb happen ?
I HAVE READ ON HERE THAT A LOT OF YOU EXPECT THAT AN APPROVAL FOR AN OTCBB WILL HAPPEN ANYDAY. HOWEVER, PEOPLE HAVE MENTIONED THAT IT WAS FILED BY A MARKET MAKER IN FEBRUARY IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN. IF THAT IS THE CASE, HOW LONG DOED IT USUALLY TAKE? I AM GUESSING THAT IT HAS BEEN AT LEAST 165 DAYS SINCE THAT FILING. MAYBE THEY HAVE THE APPROVAL ALREADY BUT HAVE NOT RELEASED IT. BUT I THINK THEY WOULD HAVE RELEASED IT BY NOW, AFTER ALL IT IS GETTING EXTREMELY CLOSE TO HMMMMMMMMMM.....
