All of the comments below are my opinion except where indicated.

I also believe he is a fraud.

He's started several versions of punch xx and all have lead to creditors that have not been paid. This is not opinion, this comment is fact.

He submitted what I believe are fraudulent filings with the SEC at Punch TV. Businesses must submit financials prepared by a licensed and also registered accountant. Daniel Leonard is not a CPA and Collins may have fraudulently known that he was not a CPA. This is fact and opinion.

If you look at Punch TV financials - you will see a complete mess - a company with no assets and this idiot hyping BS to take advantage of people who trust Collins' hype and don't do their investigation before investing. He's a promoter of the saying: I want my Punch TV.

When his new shareholders can't even get their stock certificates (from his posting at the stock transfer agent), no financial information from the company, with Collins taking a salary (and thus investor money) the investors will be chanting soon: "I want my Punch Joseph Collins."

This will not end well for investors in my opinion like All of Collins other ventures and scams
