Enough of this crap, we all know who is talking about what. But let me clarify. The second largest shareholder of Telvue stock was arrested, charged and found guilty of numerous felonies including shooting at police. The individual specifically had a major beef with Gerry Lenfest the majority shareholder of Telvue. He was also a victim of boards such as this one due to his belief that what was posted here was the truth. A short conspiracy, which was bogus, the fact that this is going to the moon, really bogus. THe second largest shareholder of TELVUE saw his value go from 800 thousand dollars to mere hundrends. If that's not "associated" then nothing is. BUt the second largest shareholder was also informed and stated as such that Mr Lenfest told his employees NOT to buy the stock. He was told this by a relative who worked for Telvue.

It was, and still is obvious by the financial reports that the company is being run as a non profit organization. Any revenue appears to be given back to the employees, ie pay raises, etc etc so there is no taxable "profit" whatsoever. All revenue is spoken for. Therefore, anyone being a shareholder got screwed. Though company officers will never be charged as they technically are doing nothing illegally, I would not say they have clean hands as to how they are treating their shareholders.

Now, what's sad is that as soon as the arrest and conviction happened, this board suddenly dried up. Interest immediately died. Those saying this was a fabulous investment suddenly went away to push other questionable investments.

Yes the arrest and conviction of the second largest shareholder of the company, is definitely associated with the majority shareholder of Telvue and thus any comments to the contrary are willfully misguided as were the comments pumping this stock

Now, how about discussing the values of this company and it going forward. I say it's not going anywhere, the stock should be delisted, and when the unfortunate day comes when Mr Lenfest passes, this company will cease to exist.
